1. CAIMS/SCMAI 2022 Annual Meeting: one-question survey about hybrid format

The CAIMS 2022 Annual Meeting, to be held June 13-16, 2022, in Kelowna, BC, Canada, will be hybrid!
Since we’ve never done this before, we have absolutely no idea how many people will attend virtually or in person.
Hence this very short poll!

Please go to

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1zGDX3ucu92U4L69Z0FJDspLNQunXk26oiUz7zb67-6k/

to declare your preference. It will take less than a minute.

Please note that the registration cost for virtual attendance will be lower than that for in person attendance, but the details will be available later.
This preliminary attendance poll, while not binding, will help us organize the Annual Meeting better.

So please fill in the short form.
