1. Renew your Membership, heads up for CAIMS*SCMAI elections

CAIMS*SCMAI will be holding an election soon for
the positions of President-Elect, Secretary, EDI and Membership Officer
and two Member-at-Large positions on the Board of Directors.

All registered members will soon receive e-mail messages with links about how to vote. Stay tuned for these messages.

If you are not registered this year, and you are not a lifetime member, please make sure you register soon. To do that, visit
https://caims.ca/individual-membership/
and sign-up or renew your membership online.

Only members who are registered at least one week before the elections close, or are lifetime members are eligible to vote.

Also recall, that the CAIMS*SCMAI membership gives the benefit of reduced registration fee at the annual meeting.


2. CAIMS*SCMAI Annual Meeting (12-15 June 2023, Fredericton, NB) update

will soon include the list of accepted minisymposia.
If you wanted to propose a minisymposium and have not done so yet,
there may still be an opportunity to get yours considered.

Furthermore, the submission form for abstracts of minisymposium talks,
as well as for contributed talks is open.
