The CAIMS*SCMAI Annual General Meeting of members will take place on
Tuesday, June 16, 2026, 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
(Room Education Auditorium – ground floor of Education Building)
at the University of Regina Campus in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada,
as well as remotely through Zoom.

It includes, the Notice of AGM (incl. minutes of past AGM 30-7-2025 and choice of remote participation), agenda, financial statements (to be available soon), and proxy form.
The Annual Meeting of members always takes place during the CAIMS*SCMAI annual conference.

2. Teaching faculty position, Ontario Tech University, review starts 19 May 2026
The Faculty of Science at Ontario Tech University (University of Ontario Institute of Technology) invites applications from qualified individuals for a full-time, permanent teaching-focused position in Mathematics, with an emphasis on Applied Mathematics, at the Assistant Teaching Professor level.
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field; a Ph.D. in Mathematics or closely related field is strongly preferred. Applicants who demonstrate teaching excellence and innovation, and a commitment to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), are encouraged to apply. This position is subject to budgetary approval and is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026.
A review of applications will begin on May 19, 2026 with applications being accepted until a suitable candidate is found.
